Responsibilities:
• Implement overall recruiting strategy
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate interface
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with business leaders regarding staffing questions
• Fulfil recruitment related administration tasks
• Collect information on new employees integration and advice employees and leaders to help the process
• Supports the development of the Career Path concepts in the organization, in-line with corporate direction and local needs.
