We are pleased to announce that we are now recruiting for a Claims Team Leader to join our growing Claims Team.

We take pride in our award-winning Customer Service, so this role plays a vital part to ensure that we deliver claims excellence to our Members who are looking to claim due to an injury or incapacity.

Primary duties involve conducting individual meetings with each team member, performing appraisals, overseeing, inspiring, coaching, and fostering the team's growth to ensure ongoing success.

We are thrilled to be able to offer this role at a time of exciting development and expansion within the Society.
