Main duties:
- Technical expertise for the planning, design and implementation of the project micro hydropower and biogas plants
- Production of plan of works, bill of quantities, budget estimation, technical drawings, technical specification for purchases.
- Organization of the trainings for the energy operators at community level
- Trainer on hydropower/biogas Technical issues for region and woreda technicians as well as for LVIA technical staff
- Supporting of the project implementation strategy in connection with LVIA Energy Facility Project Coordinator and Project Coordinator Assistant
- Responsible for the proper management of the relationship of the project at Line Department Technical Office level
- Monitoring and Periodical supervision reports to LVIA Energy Facility Project Coordinator
