We collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the resolution of cases with customers, supporting a seamless customer experience. Our team maintains close dialogue with internal stakeholders regarding customer claims on repairs and warranties of products.

Responsibilities

As the Manager of the Repair & Warranty team, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Managing a team of employees, guiding the team, and handling specific warranty tasks.
• Creating an energetic and positive work environment, supporting and cooperating with the team in the smooth execution of all tasks.
• Maintaining good and professional relations with customers in connection with claim handling.
