• Ensure that the role of change and communications is considered a credible Business Partner
• Set clear measurable goals for how to propose, manage and deliver specific change interventions
• Be seen as a dedicated change leader who can influence at all levels (up and side ways)
• Act as an advocate and pro-active colleague of the Group Enterprise Change Management Team
