As part of Leonardo, Kopter currently develops the AW09, a next generation single-engine helicopter that offers the largest cabin and cargo hold in its category, increased modularity and modern electronic systems. Kopter is set to become Leonardo’s Centre of Excellence for new light helicopters and an incubator of new technologies, contributing to the development of hybrid and electrical propulsion systems. Kopter’s 320 talented team members are primarily based in Switzerland, near Zurich and in Mollis (Canton of Glarus).
Your responsibilities
• Analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with regards to various HR topics such as: recruitment, fluctuation, retention, etc.
• Prepare reports, present and explain findings
• Work closely with HR Controller with regards to data collection, validation and analysis.
