Business Analyst

My client, a niche consultancy servicing the insurance industry urgently seeks a business analyst for an immediate start on a freelance basis.

This is a freelance/contract position for at least 7 months, with a likely extension.

Remit
• Develop digital concepts and leverage data for optimization.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from gathering requirements to testing and validation.
• Manage project risks and issues across teams.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of project experience, adept at translating stakeholder needs into IT requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience in digital environments.
• Background in Investments, Life Insurance, or Asset Management.
• Agile experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch/French proficiency a plus.
