Hospitality and Outdoor – Housekeeping Manager – Luxury Resort – Bela Bela, Limpopo

Requirements:
• 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in resorts or Lodges
• PC Literate (MS Office) essential
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and Procedures
• Full competency on Health and Safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Sound leadership, time management and communication skills

Duties and responsibilities:
• Complying and implementing all Statutory Compliances for team
• To ensure both internal and external communications in the department are effective and professional
• To oversee all HR procedures for the department
• To manage all housekeeping administration – rosters, leave cycles, collections and drop offs, meetings, scheduling etc
• To set standards, measure staff performance and train where necessary.
