Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for a Senior Project Manager (Civil Engineering) located in Kisumu. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale civil engineering projects from inception to completion, including design, construction, and handover to the client. The Senior Project Manager will also manage project teams, liaise with clients and stakeholders, and ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale civil engineering projects
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing project teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
