Store Management
• Hands on experience in key Stores functions such as Material receipt & storage, Material Issue, Credit, PIV, Scrap Management, Inventory management,

Materials’ Preservation etc.
• Ensure all Stores functions as per laid SOP.
• Material receipt – Following up with Transporters and arranging of materials unloading at right place using our resources and preparing GR for the

materials.
• Coordinating with users for inspection and follow-up with suppliers, Purchasers, Accounts departments for rejection material return and insurance

claims.
• Material Issue against Reservations by ensuring closing stock as per SAP records.
• To follow material issuing methods like FIFO / LIFO based on the shelf life of the materials.
• Perform to the satisfaction of Stores-in-Charge in any of the store’s functions assigned using Stores team in co-ordination with all stake holders as per

SOP.
