Job Description

Kelly RAC specialise in the installation service and maintenance of all types of Air Conditioning and HVAC equipment.

We currently have a vacancy for a Service Engineer Supervisor to join our expanding Service Division at our Ennis office in Ennis, Co. Clare.

Service Engineer Supervisor

This role will involve field service activities to include reactive, preventative maintenance and commissioning of Air Conditioning equipment at customer sites.

These will include chillers, AHU’s and both split and VRV systems such as Daikin/Mitsubishi/Panasonic

People Management responsibilities include:
• First point of contact for Service Engineers for Technical backup/assistance or HR related matters.
• Responsible for assessing training requirements for Engineers with support from the HR & Office Manager on planning & scheduling.
• Coaching and mentoring Service Team.
• Providing feedback for employee appraisals on Service team.
