Our well-established real estate agency operating in High-Net-Worth Areas is seeking a seasoned, qualified estate agent to join our fabulous team. The agency will provide office facilities if necessary, and the remuneration for this position is commission-based only. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
• Citizenship: South African
• Qualification: Completed NQF4
• Certification: Valid FFC Certificate
• Education: Matric/Grade 12 with Accounting and Mathematics on a higher grade
• Transport: Own reliable transport
• Equipment: Own cell phone and laptop
• Financial Stability: Must be financially self-sustainable for a minimum of 4 to 6 months
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and Afrikaans; knowledge of an African language is advantageous
• Location: Based in Fourways /Lanseria / Hartbeespoort
• Records: Clear criminal and credit record, valid references, and a proven track record in the real estate industry.
