A Luxury Boutique Hotel in Franschhoek is requiring maintenance co-ordinater with MECHANICAL SKILLS. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, stocking inventory, and providing administrative support to maintenance supervisors and technicians. Additionally, you will manage third-party contractors such as plumbers and electricians to accomplish maintenance tasks

This position is live-out as the hotel property does not offer accommodation so the candidate must stay in the Franschhoek region and have his own transport.

Minimum requirements:
• Administrative skills (Excel, Word, Outlook): 3 years
• Maintenance and mechanical experience: 3 years
• CLEAR criminal record
• CLEAR Credit ITC Blacklisted record
• Own reliable transport in order to actively drive around to what is needed to perform your work
• CV must have FULL employment history to current date with previous employer's contact numbers
• High School (matric)
