Summary of the role: The individual will work closely with and support the Global Head of Data Privacy (“GHDP”) to ensure all necessary compliance documentation required under the GDPR is in place and that a comprehensive review and monitoring process for data protection compliance is implemented.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
• To assist with the review and maintenance of Records of Processing Activities across the different legal entities and business functions and a process for their ongoing maintenance across the Group.
• To assist and support business with Data Protection Impact Assessments, Third-Party Vendor Management Process, due diligence questionnaires across the Group.
