Requirements
• A candidate from the Western Cape would receive preference.
• Front of House experience at a 4 or 5 star establishment
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ Hospitality experience in a similar position.
• Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written)
• High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills
• Contactable references

Description
• Greet guests over the phone/ in person in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Dealing with incoming enquiries regarding accommodation availability, room types, rates, etc. within the required turnaround time.
• Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations received by phone and email.
• Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies to callers.
