Purpose of the role:
• Manage the end-to-end skills, talent and workforce solutions for the company in alignment with industry and client requirements.
• Enhance the Research & Development, Monitoring & Evaluation, Digital Enablement, and Data Analytics capabilities for the company to enable transformation and impact.
• Lead the programme development execution by ensuring complete uniformity across business divisions and sub-units in the execution of products, services and industry-aligned customised solutions.
• Ensure that all products, services and client-customised solutions are demand-led and designed in line with world-class standards.
• Keep abreast of industry changes and ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory requirements.
