We are looking for an experienced and driven Executive Assistant who will provide operational support to an Executive Leader and will be a part of our Team in Ukraine.

Your Day Will Consist Of
• Managing calendars and follow-ups
• Taking minutes of meetings
• Coordinating events, projects, activities
• Conducting research, assembling and analyzing data to prepare reports and documents
• Other tasks of the Executives
• Travel scheduling & support
• Preparing presentations, reports etc.
• Compiling agendas and documents/reports/presentations for meetings
• Planning Leader’s working week
• Implement improvements where necessary
• Working with native English speakers on a daily basis
