DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. At least ten (10) to fifteen (15) years managerial experience with international commercial and
USN/MSC ship repair processes.

2. Responsible to the President and General Manager for the organization, management and
operation of the Ship Repair Production Department as well as continuous evaluation and
development of each production sections and personnel.

3. Responsible for maximizing the output product of ship repair processes, eliminating wastes,
reducing the process time and maintaining production machines and facilities.

4. The efficient organization and operation of the Production Department in accordance with the
Subic Drydock Corporation-Quality Management System, local and national government
regulations and industrial standards.

5. Ensuring that the output products of ship repair processes are produced according to the
production procedure and in the most economical manner.
