Delivering 100% in IT services for SM employees is the main role of the Information Technology Services Officer. More than that, you will also be responsible in ensuring that equipment provided are working properly and compliant to the company's software and hardware policies. Together with your team, you will also be creating and evaluating the annual budget based on the needs of the IT department.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years significant experience in network management (LAN/WAN/WLAN), and hardware/software servicing and troubleshooting.
• Graduate of BS Information Technology, BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, or any Information Technology related course.
• Intermediate knowledge and skills in computer networking, and hardware and software operation, installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Above average communication skills in both oral and written
