Responsibilities:
• Manage various HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, employee discipline and retention.
• Oversee the administration of plant facilities, involving contract reviews, repairs, maintenance, and necessary improvements.
• Conduct health, safety, and housekeeping inspections; actively participate in scheduled walk-throughs across all departments.
• Coordinate security matters with Corporate Security.
• Communicate plant's status, needs, and progress to corporate heads and key stakeholders, aligning with the Company's plans and priorities.
• Ensure timely submission of work-related reports and conduct monthly plant updates.
• Manage operational materials to sustain operations, maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
• Evaluate and review the plant's annual budget, service/purchase request forms, and receiving forms.
