We are delighted to be working again with our global client who specialises in precision food packaging with a brilliant opportunity to join the team as Engineering Manager NZ, based in the beautiful Hawke’s Bay.

About The Role

This position serves as a crucial support and leadership role within ANZ, managing and overseeing engineering, maintenance functions, critical projects and implementing the business strategy across Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to the General Manager NZ, the primary responsibility involves providing engineering leadership and technical guidance on various aspects such as plant, equipment, processes, design, operational efficiencies, and infrastructure for this highly specialised manufacturing operation, overseeing sites in Auckland, Hawke's Bay and Christchurch.

Additionally, the role entails managing strategic engineering projects, facilitating the implementation of business strategies, and ensuring effective management of budgets and planning.
