Responsibilities :

★Associate level

Support for network equipment deployed in customer networks (routers, network switches, firewalls, VPNs, AAA, wireless access points, etc.)

troubleshooting

Environment settings

Device analysis and evaluation to check device performance

Documentation of procedures for configuration and troubleshooting

Customer support (written and conversational)

★Intermediate level

In addition to associate-level duties, you will be responsible for the following:

Complex service activities, remote support, and optimization

Escalation resources for less experienced agents

★Expert level

In addition to intermediate-level work, you will be responsible for the following:

As subject matter experts in the technical field, ensure End-to-End delivery, interoperability, and design

Profile Mandatory

Japanese native level (JLPT N1-N2 equivalent)
