Responsibilities include:

General & HR Administration
• Organisation of all Rostering and Rotas of staff on the floor.
• Overseeing of timesheets and liaising with Payroll weekly.
• General HR maintenance and organisation (Holiday Requests, days off, and filing maintenance etc)
• Communicating with Staff directly with any issues related to the above.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly staff KPI's
• General office administration

Accounts Admin
• Invoice / Packing list reconciliation
• Delivery procedure / processing oversight
• Oversight and organisation of Special Ordering procedures with staff.
• Liaise with suppliers in relation to delivery shortages and Returns
