Wilton Scrap Metals Ltd are currently looking for a Transport Administrator to join the team. The Administrator will provide support to the transport office and other departments (under direction).

This role is permanent, full time.

Reporting to: Office Manager

Main responsibilities

· Answering phones calls from customers and processing skip orders on system.

· Respond to customer emails and phone messages on a timely basis.

· Closely monitor communications with vehicles, drivers, and onboard systems.

· To assist the office manager and provide weighbridge cover when required.

· Other administration duties to support the daily running of the transport office.

· Always provide a high standard of customer service.

Key skills

· Fluent spoken and written English required.

· Excellent phone manner required.

· Strong computer literacy skills; competent in Microsoft Office Packages.

· Experience working with waste management software is advantageous.
