Main Duties
Cooking snacks, lunch and main meals

Assisting with ad hoc functions of up to 100 people

Cooking all food items to the company specifications
Ensuring all health and safety is adhered to, and maintain a clean working environment
Dishwashing duties
Incorporate new ideas and implement them

Preparing and making items off site for other locations

The role may suit either a strong sous chef, a strong cook wishing to progress further or a head chef who is looking for a new challenge

Ability to work on own initiative

Seasonally busy - overtime would be a requirement, minimum contracted hours of 25 hrs per week

Maintain accurate records of food supplies, and freezer/fridge temperatures.

Customer orientated

Desired

Lives in or close or with means to travel without time restrictions

Experience

Cooking experience essential
Working in a social club setting preferential
