Ground Heat Ltd, part of the RSK Group are recruiting for a Managing Director to build the team based in Wigan, UK.

We want you to build your team - we are recruiting a full team from MD through to Service technicians capable of handling the existing housing association contracts, and building upon our existing superb reputation as the go too company for multiple occupancy housing association contracts.

You will:
• Drive the Business with high energy and focus.
• Be hands on and willing to get stuck in as required.
• Grow and nurture your new team.
• Be organised and focussed on delivering the plan.
• Build upon our great reputation.
• Have had previous leadership roles.
• Be experienced dealing with housing associations and tender processes.
• Have a sales bias.
• Live and breath the huge growth vision RSK have committed too in this sector.
