Description

Your responsibilities:
• You will be accurately and timely review contracts and orders, organize and complete contract reviews, and carry out relevant work in the contract execution process such as shipment and invoicing, contract archiving, and payment collection.
• You will complete departmental KPI indicators, including on-time delivery rate, shipment volume, payment, and finished product inventory management.
• You will be responsible for business coordination work related to customer FAT.
• Hosted the kickoff meeting for ultra-high voltage projects, major projects, and Australian projects, and summarized the major projects.
• You will be timely complete corresponding training on compliance and HSE requirements, and complete corresponding compliance and safety indicators.
• You will complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
