We are currently seeking an individual with strong skills in Customer Service and Dispatch for Casey Concrete Ltd.’s Amherst, Nova Scotia, location. Casey Concrete is a private family-owned company, with multiple locations – Amherst is the head office. We manufacture a wide variety of concrete products for wholesale and retail sales in addition to ready-mix concrete.

This is a new position for the Amherst office, and we are looking for a skilled individual that will fit into our team. This position reports to the Office Manager and will be working closely with our Dispatcher.

There are a variety of duties and responsibilities and lots of opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge. The customer service aspects of the job are working with regular account customers on their orders, answering calls and speaking to walk-in customers about orders.
