Responsibilities:
• Creating contacts and partnerships with local businesses, organizations, venues and etc.
• Purchase supplies, equipment, materials, delivery of goods and services, etc. and negotiating prices
• Supporting the process of booking transfers, accommodations for the employees on business trips, manage business trip receipts and invoices
• Taking care of the post-event processes, evaluating event success and areas for improvement
• Send and receive outgoing/incoming document flow, answer all incoming calls, welcome visitors
• Maintain day-to-day communication with the landlord representatives and suppliers
• Preparing, planning and executing the annual event calendar
