The successful incumbent should be familiar with the following:• Conducting or assisting with regulatory and quality training sessions.• Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation and knows about ISO-9001• Formulate and maintain quality control objectives and guide these objectives with other managers/ employees / subordinates.• Analyzes statistical data and product specifications to formulate QUALITY standards.• Minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.• Investigates and corrects customer/dealers/stakeholders, Tyre /Tube’ complaints regarding quality.• Can handle problems/trouble shooting related with all manufacturing processes.• Mainly handle the Quality lab, including Rheometer and other machines.• Performing regular inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to quality of TYRE/TUBES and safety policiesJob Specification
