Key Responsibilities
• Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by overseeing the product lifecycle until mass production release.
• Manage program implementation, create project plans, delegate tasks, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure the smooth release of new products for production, adhering to customer documentation and processes.
• Serve as the internal technical contact for product-related matters, including process clarification and programming.
• Collaborate with SAP system for blocking, releasing, and tracking semi-finished, finished products, and purchased parts.
• Act as the technical liaison with suppliers, specifically regarding alternative approval and coordination.
• Monitor production experience and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
