Sales Lead

Mukuru is on the lookout for a Sales Lead to join our team in Malawi.

This role provides oversight of the national person to person sales activities and is responsible for developing and implementing national sales strategy, supervising the regional sales teams, training sales supervisors and agents, managing marketing collateral and developing brand awareness.

Duties And Responsibilities (includes But Are Not Limited To)
• Coordinates the implementation of growth and brand strategy in allotted Region.
• Ensures alignment of sales activities with overarching sales strategy by meeting registration, conversion, agent effectiveness targets.
• Leads activations and drive marketing campaigns in allotted Region.
• Develops a sales approach, scripts, and messaging for a campaign.
• Takes custodianship of the Mukuru brand and maintenance of that standard.
• Engages with potential and existing customers to advise on and provide product support.
