Scope

The Maintenance Lead will be mainly responsible for overseeing the overall maintenance of the factory, from installation and upkeep to inspection and repair, stocking inventory, providing administrative support to maintenance supervisors and technicians, and resolving problems as they arise whether directly or by putting together the maintenance team to solve issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain a maintenance plan that ensures optimal operational effectiveness and makes sure everything is running smoothly and error-free
• Enforce plan among the maintenance team and oversee, manage, and direct all maintenance procedures and operations
• Ensure all machinery is up to working standards, do routine checks, visual inspections, and maintenance (during scheduled days)
