Our client is an ice cream cone manufacturer, producing various types including wafer cones, sugar cones, and waffle cones.

Job Details:
• Manage the quality assurance system of products to prevent complaints from customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure product quality for customers' confidence in the organization, assuring them of receiving only quality products or services.
• Control processes and products to meet standards.
• Analyze process risks to prevent problems in the process.
• Maintain the quality management system in compliance with specifications.

Qualifications:
• Aged 35 years and above.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the position.
• Knowledge of food laws, FSSC systems,food quality & food safety, or related systems.
• Good command of English.
• Leadership qualities, honesty, excellent communication skills, and a positive work attitude.
