Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer located in Pemalang. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for recruiting and hiring employees, conducting performance evaluations, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in human resources and recruitment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Experience working in a diverse and inclusive environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
