For the vacancy of baker NIGHT SHIFT in the Hoegaarden region, your daily planning will be filled with the following tasks;
• You are responsible for preparing bread, special bread, luxury bread, and rolls. In doing this, you will use flour or semi-finished products and other ingredients
• You work with mechanical devices such as a mechanical dough kneading machine, a weighing and dividing machine, and a controlled fermentation chamber
• You plan and prepare the work
• You collect the necessary materials and store the finished products and raw materials
• You follow the prescribed recipes
• You apply the correct lifting and carrying techniques
• You strictly follow hygiene and safety rules and the instructions for using the machines
