Vacancy: Cash Centre Supervisor

Reporting to: Branch Manager

Overall, Purpose of the Job: Supervisors in the Fidelity Cash Management Services Department are there to make sure that a consistent, high-quality counting and verification service to all clients is provided by all relevant Staff (Tellers/Box Room Operators/Treasury Tellers/Technicians).

Minimum Qualifications And Experience
• Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 Certificate.
• Registered Grade C PSIRA Certificate.
• MS Office computer literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Main Duties
• Opening and closing of Cash Centre where applicable.
• Ensuring all daily reports and statistics are up to date.
• Ensuring Standard Operational Procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Re-counting of money if differences occur.
• Ensure staff signs attendance registers daily.
• Ensure all relevant documentation is complete/neat and filed.
• Ensuring all schedules balance with the physical count.
