Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Superintendent located in Kitwe. The Maintenance Superintendent will be responsible for managing the maintenance team, ensuring maximum equipment availability, maintaining the integrity of the asset base, and delivering all planned and unplanned maintenance. The Maintenance Superintendent will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role, ideally in the mining industry
• Strong knowledge and experience in planning and executing maintenance activities
• Experience in managing a team of maintenance personnel
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
