Duties & Responsibilities

Answering telephones

Assisting walk in customers

Packaging of spare parts to be sent out

Booking and despatching of parcels

Receiving deliveries

Schedule Customer service calls

Scheduling of installations

Log book monitor and reports

Organising of diaries

Database keep up to date

Telephonic sales

Desired Experience & Qualification

Sage Pastel Partner an advantage

Full MS Office proficiency

Own transport
