The Shipper Operations Officer is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our clusters. This role is hub-based with the main responsibility of operating the hubs efficiently for both first mile and commercial operations according to the first mile needs of our shippers i.e. parcel pickups and RTS deliveries.

The SOO other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Punctual pickups and deliveries from or to shippers according to the set timeline in the SOP
• Ensure the retention of our shippers by resolving any issues or concerns within the set timeline
• Ensure that the courier partners are trained to be able to handle immediate shipper concerns
• Ensure that courier partners are trained according to the standards of Ninja Van
• Maintaining with the aim of reducing the lost and damaged parcels that are being handled by the incumbent’s team
• Reducing and eventually eliminating altogether the false fail taggings for any operational transactions
