1. Customer Service Steps

A. Greet customers who enter the store

B. Guide customers to get a service number in a fast friendly manner

C. Assist customers to find the correct products they are looking for

D. Answer queries from customers whether walk in or through telephone

E. Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers

F. Provide accurate description, quantity, and other specification of customer order to assembler

G. Present the merchandise, cash invoice, and change (if there’s any) to customer

2. Return and Exchange Processing and other Transactions

A. Consider the conditions in accepting merchandise exchange or return

B. Handle items for customer refund and seek approval from Supervisor/ OIC

C. Implement proper guidelines in accepting zero-rated / vat exempt sales and in serving

Withholding agent customers

D. Aware in handling merchandise with warranty and customer credit memo
