1. Monitors and controls the following with the ME:

a. Maintenance of the jig room.

c. Jigs issuance and maintenance

d. Loss time caused by jig problem.

2. Monitors and controls repair of production jigs and fixtures.

3. Designs, fabricates or modifies jigs and fixtures for the following:

a. Process improvement

b. Countermeasure for the prevention of product defect occurrence.

c. Requirements of production processes.

4. Prepares evaluation report (study result) of the fabricated or modified production jigs and fixtures.
