The role

Your key responsibilities will be to provide excellent customer service for the customer-base, by answering customer enquiries/requests, scheduling daily work for operators, monitoring, signing off run sheets, and coordinating drivers. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, while also proactively identifying and informing customers of any operational delays is a key component of this role. Ensuring seamless communication between customer services, operational units, and drivers is a priority in this senior-level position.
