Tasks :

Achieve top line of SBU

Take lead for SBU growth by creating strategy and execution on plans

Achieve bottom line of SBU

Take lead of product pricing control to achieve margin target

Achieve new product top / bottom line target for SBU

Take lead for new product launching to drive SBU business

Support S&OP process

Participate to S&OP process for accurate demand planning / reducing excess inventory

Skills and Qualifications :

Japanese : Business Level / English : Business Level

5 year+ product marketing experience

Experience on consumer products industry

Understanding of local business practice on real store / e-commerce

Proactive personality with passion to drive business growth

Goal-oriented personality with leadership

Self-management skill with self-started attitude
