The Towers Bar and Restaurant, Westport, Co Mayo, are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef, motivating and running the Kitchen Team. Working with the freshest seafood and local suppliers you will operate and drive the restaurant to remain the premier costal seafood destination in the West of Ireland.

Who you are:

A chef who has the passion to deliver the highest quality, fresh seasonal food

The ability to organise and motivate a large kitchen team

Someone with strong leadership and communication skills

Experience in high volume kitchens

The desire to train, coach and develop the team.

A strong understanding of HACCP and kitchen costing.

Someone who enjoys their environment and can add to the fantastic culture at the towers.
