Description

We are recruiting Full-time Deli Assistants for Mac's Place in Portlaoise Plaza.

"Full availability is required from Monday to Sunday during daytime hours. This is not a part-time position."

Objective: To delight customers by exceeding their expectations on every visit.

The Deli Assistant provides ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure every customer receives the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit the store.

The Deli Assistant must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result. It is the responsibility of the Deli Assistant to carry out his/her duties in compliance with the training received, and the standards set in the Employee Handbook.

The purpose of the role is to serve all customer, regardless of what area they visit, in a friendly and welcoming fashion, going the extra mile to meet their needs in a clean and presentable environment.
