Do you want to make an international difference in surveillance of antimicrobial resistance? To build capacity in antimicrobial susceptibility testing as well as genomics?

The National Food Institute at DTU is looking for an ambitious microbiologist (molecular bacteriologist) for a temporary position to contribute with expertise in the tasks we have serving as the EU Reference Laboratory for Antimicrobial Resistance (EURL-AR). In this position, you would be involved in our efforts to collaborate with the international network of national reference laboratories to achieve reliable, quality assured AMR results based on phenotypic antimicrobial susceptibility testing (broth microdilution) as well as genotypic results, i.e. whole genome sequencing (WGS) of single isolates.
