Director of Leadership and Learning

To join our team.

You are a master in Leadership and have many years of experience driving the Leadership topic in large or mid sized organization. Preferably you have academic merits (Master level) and have a sound balance between research and making it happen attitude.

This role is responsible for creating and implementing a world class leadership and management development framework. On top of this important pillar the role is also lead for implementing growth opportunities for all employees in offices worldwide.
