Job description¡
• Introduce product roadmaps and new features for Dahua’s distributors, as well as installers. Together with both distributors and installers, you will help you select and configure products.
• Visit key customers as needed, promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, in close collaboration with Dahua’s business developer.
• Teach technical staff at Dahua’s distributors and dealers to increase their knowledge of products and technology.
• Answer and resolve technical issues for customers via Dahua’s ticket system, emails, phone calls and on-site support.
• Test product features and write technical documentation for new products or solutions, and collaborate with dahua marketing team.
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with sales departments, coordinate resources from product/development departments for product improvement or project implementation.

