Our business is growing, and we are looking to hire an Account Manager for our Pestell Nutrition team, based in New Hamburg, Ontario. This person will be responsible for managing sales development, profitability, volume growth, customer retention and development, focusing on Feed Ingredients, Specialty Feed Additives, and Fertilizers.

As an Account Manager, this person:
• Is accountable for achieving the sales margin targets with feed and fertilizer customers.
• Identifies and develops new customer opportunities.
• Provides focused and productive communication within the sales department, within the company and with our clients;
• Works with the Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and programs.
• Monitors sales performance and provides status updates and other reporting documents.
• Monitors market and competitive environments.
